Mill and Plant sanitation is an important factor in quality control measures. Bacteriologists have shown that a small amount of sour bagasse can infect the whole stream of warm juice flowing over it. Our mills have self-cleaning troughs with a slope designed in such a way that bagasse does not hold up but flows out with the juice stream. Strict measures are taken for insect and pest controls. The quality management and inspection will be done through proper controlling and monitoring unit of government.

The company produces Sugar & its byproducts. From the initial year of operation the company was producing sugar smoothly and as per the reviving plan of the industry, the byproducts i.e., Co-generation Power Plant, Distillery, Flyash Bricks, and Bio-Compost Fertilizer are upcoming products of the company. Production of the upcoming products will begin after completion of administrative procedures of the current reviving plan.

The company ensures that the workplace and its environment (machinery, equipment, processes, chemical agents, etc.) do not endanger the physical integrity or health of employees. Sugar the basic ingredients for different sweets products are vital inputs for the countries like Nepal. Sugar is a sweet crystalline or powered substance, white when pure, consisting of sucrose. It has been assessed that domestic production is not being able to serve the demands of the market. The industry plans to serve this entire needs of market through the regular supply of sugar products in the Nepalese Market. It shows that the industries has very high prospects. The company produces sugar, particularly the company focus on production of white refined sugar and raw sugar

The company plans to establish a Cogeneration Power Plant of 25 MW. The Cogen power project is technically feasible and commercially viable. The power generated from the plant will be sold to Nepal Electricity Authority. The backward and forward linkages of this project as well as socio-economic and environmental benefits to the local populace make this a win-win project for all stakeholders. This project will help the Government of Nepal have a source of energy to reduce power shortages.

We will engage in manufacturing of Molasses Based Spirit (RS, ENA and Ethanol) as a byproducts of sugar. The Molasses Based Premium Rectified Spirit will be produced from the plant. The distillery will be state-of-art plant having production capacity of 25 KLPD at its factory premise. Our plant is capable of producing Rectified Spirit and Ethanol as per international quality standards. Our strengths are adequate in-house availability of molasses from own sugar factories and large dispatch & storage facility.

Flyash refers to the ash produced as a byproduct of sugar. Flyash is accumulated as waste material in large quantities near power plants. As the sugar and power requirements of the country grow, the amount of waste produced will also increase. The company will use this waste to manufacture bricks, helping in safe disposal of sugarcane processing byproducts and controlling pollution. The company plans to install Flyash Brick processing plants with a capacity of 25,000 bricks per day.

The company will install Bio-Compost Fertilizer unit which is also called as Press Mud under our own brand. The Bio Fertilizer is manufactured by utilizing the by-product of sugar unit, i.e. Press Mud and the by-product of Distillery division, i.e. spent wash along with culture. The Bio-Compost Fertilizer is manufactured in our own plant which can be used as NPK Substitution.
